摘　　要：从种子发芽特性、生理生化、生长发育规律、驯化栽培技术、营养保健作用等方面阐述了野生蔬菜的研究进展,并从野生蔬菜种子繁育、抗逆生理机制、标准化栽培技术规程等方面对未来野生蔬菜研究进行展望。In this paper, research progress of wild vegetables was summarized from the following 5 aspects including germination characteristics of wild vegetables seeds, physiological and biochemical characteristics, growth and development rules, domesticated cultivation technologies, nutrition and health functions etc. And research prospect of wild vegetables was proposed from seeds growing, physiology mechanisms of the resistance to adverse environment, standardized cultivation technology regulations.
