摘　　要：目的通过对下颌孔位置进行测量,为临床美容手术提供解剖学参考和依据。方法100例干燥下颌骨,对下颌孔的位置、下颌体长、下颌体高等多项指标进行测量。结果下颌孔至下颌支前缘、下颌支后缘、下颌切迹、下颌体下缘的最小距离分别为(17.87±0.22)、(15.83±0.22)、(23.24±0.28)(、25.76±0.37)mm。下颌小舌在下颌骨下颌支内侧面有三种形式。结论这些数据可为临床医生实行麻醉及口腔颌面外科手术提供解剖学参考。Objective To provide anatomical reference for anesthesia surgery through measureing mandibular foramen and many other bone marks. Methods 100 dry adult mandibles＇ mandibular foramen were measured, including length of mandibular foramen and so on. Results The minimum distance from the mandibular foramen to the anterior border of ramus and the posteromarginal border of ramus, and the mandibular notch and inferior margin of mandibular body are （ 17.87 ± 0.22 ） mm, （ 15.83 ± 0.22 ） mm, （ 23.24 ± 0.28 ） mm, （ 25.76 ± 0.37 ） mm respectively. Mandibular lingual has three styles in the medial surface of mandible ramus. Conclusion The results are helpful for anesthesia and oral cavity den to facial surgery.
