摘　　要：舰艇在运动的时候,会对雷达目标回波附加一个多普勒速度。如果不把这个多普勒速度补偿掉,那么信号经过动目标检测(MTD)处理后的结果将会是不准确的,这种信号是无法使用的。详细阐述了舰速补偿的原理,并介绍了舰速补偿的具体实现方法。When a warship is moving,it will add a Doppler speed to the echo of the radar target. If the Doppler speed hasn＇t been compensated, then the result that the signal is processed through moving target detection（MTD） will be inaccurate. The signal can not be used. This paper expatiates the principle of warship speed compensation,and introduces the method to realize the warship speed compensation in detail.
