农业院校办公室工作的创新意识与方法

摘　　要：农业院校办公室肩负着协助学校服务社会主义新农村建设、解决"三农"问题和促进地方经济发展的任务。但传统的工作模式已与高等农业教育和办公现代化进程的快速发展不相适应。作者提出了高等农业院校办公室工作应该在意识上进行创新,树立服务"三农"意识、超前意识、公关意识和绿色办公意识;在服务职能方法、工作方法和组织、协调方法上进行创新,不断提高工作效率和工作水平。Offices of agricultural colleges and universities play an extremely important role in buildinging the new socialist countryside. The problems facing China＇s agriculture, rural areas and farmers as well as local economic development are analyzed. It is found out that the traditional mode of operation has been unable to meet the quick development of higher agricultural education and college office modernization. It is suggested that consciousness innovation in agricultural college office work be made and the consciousness of problems facing China＇s agriculture, rural areas and farmers and the consciousness of progress, public relations and green office work be established. On the other hand, innovations should be made in functional service, information organization and coordination method in order to heighten working efficiency and levels.
