摘 要:目的探讨脑胶质瘤缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达变化及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系,以及HIF-1α、VEGF与人脑胶质瘤病理分级、血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测54例脑胶质瘤组织中HIF-1、VEGF的表达情况及MVD。结果54例脑胶质瘤组织HIF-1α的表达阳性率为61.1%(33/54),VEGF为70.4%(38/54),其表达强度与脑胶质瘤的病理分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。HIF-1α的表达与VEGF的表达及MVD均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论HIF-1α、VEGF与脑胶质瘤组织中血管生成与病理分级密切相关,可作为有意义的预后判断指标。Objective To evaluate the relationship among hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) , vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density(MVD) and to investigate their association with pathological grades and anglogenesis of human gliomas. Method The expression of HIF-1α,VEGF as well as the proteins associated with MVD in the gliomas were studied by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rate of HIF-1α expression in human gliomas of 54 cases was 61.1% (33/54) and that of VEGF was 70. 4% (38/54) ,which were related with the histological grade of tumor(P 〈 0. 05). The expression of HIF-1 α was positively correlated with VEGF and MVD (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions HIF-1α and VEGF correlate positively to histological grade and angiogenesis. The expressions of them can be used to assess the prognosis in glioma patients.
