摘　　要：双歧杆菌属是一类厌氧、不活动、无芽胞，定植于人和动物肠道的原籍菌群，研究表明它具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡，刺激机体免疫细胞分泌细胞因子，以及作为肿瘤基因治疗靶向载体等特点。体内研究表明，双歧杆菌对机体无毒无害，因此可以作为一种理想生物制剂治疗肿瘤。Bifidobacterium is an inherent intestinal microflora. It is anaerobic, nonpathogenic and budless. Researches have demonstrated that bifidobacterium can inhibit tumor cells growth,induce tumor cells apoptosis and stimulate the immunocytes secreting cytokines. Because it can selectively localizes and proliferates in solid tumors,it can be used as a delivery system for tumor-targeting enzyme-prodrug in gene therapy. In vivo studies show that bifidobacterium is an ideal biologic agent which can be used to treat tumor without toxicity.
