还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草甜素治疗酒精性肝病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草甜素对酒精性肝病的疗效。方法将104例酒精性肝病患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例,使用还原型谷胱甘肽1.2g,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注;复方甘草甜素注射液(美能)40ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,1个月为1个疗程。对照组48例,常规用维生素B族、维生素C及能量合剂、丹参注射液等治疗常规治疗。结果症状及各项生化指标的改善,治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组总有效率91.1%,对照组总有效率68.8%,两组患者疗效比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草甜素治疗酒精性肝病疗效好,不良反应少。Objective To observe the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with reduced glutathione on alcoholic liver disease （ALD）. Methods 104 patients with ALD were divided into treatment group （n=56） and control group （n=48）; the treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with reduced glutathione, while the control group was treated only with routine method. Results There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results show that compound glycyrrhizin combined with reduced glutathione is an effective and safe agent for treatment of alcoholic liver disease.
