摘　　要：目的观察MUC1在不同组织分化程度卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达,探讨卵巢恶性肿瘤的早期诊断方法。方法采用免疫组化方法检测100例卵巢上皮性肿瘤MUC1的表达,分析其表达与卵巢上皮性肿瘤临床及病理的关系。结果①MUC1在上皮性肿瘤中有表达,在良性卵巢肿瘤、交界性卵巢肿瘤、卵巢癌中表达依次增高,其表达率随组织恶性程度的升高而升高;②MUC1在卵巢癌中的表达与手术病理分期、周围组织浸润、病理类型差异无显著性(P>0.05),与病理分化程度及淋巴结转移存在统计学意义,分化程度越低,MUC1的表达越高。结论MUC1与卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关,MUC1作为新型肿瘤标记物,对评价卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤癌变潜能及卵巢癌预后有重要意义。Objective To investigate expression of tumor-associated mucin MUC1 in human epithelial ovarian neoplasms with different degrees of differentiation and its clinical significance, so as to explore early diagnosing method of malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect expression of MUC1 in 100 cases of human ovarian epithelial neoplasms and association of expression of MUC1 with clinical manifestations and pathological changes was analyzed. Results ①MUC1 was expressed in epithelial ovarian neoplasms and the expression was increased orderly in benign ovarian tumors, borderline ovarian tumors and malignant ovarian tumor （ovarian carcinoma）. The positive expression rate of MUC1 was increased with increases of malignance degree of the neoplasm. ② The expression of MUC1 was not correlated with intraoperative pathological staging, invasion to surrounding tissues, pathological classification of the neoplasm （ all P 〉 0.05 ） with it was correlated significantly with pathologic differentiation degree and lymphatic metastasis of the neoplasm. The lower the differentiation degree of the tumor, the higher the expression of MUC1. Conclusion MUC1 is correlated closely with occurrence and development of ovarian carcinoma. As a new tumor marker, MUC1 is of important significance for estimating canceration potential danger of borderline ovarian epithelial neoplasms and prognosis of ovarian carcinoma.
