摘  要:产教结合是高职教育培养人才的重要模式。目前校企双方在合作中普遍存在脱节的现象,合作层次不高,缺乏良性互动的合作机制。尝试从政府、企业和高职院校参与合作的作用和相互关系出发,进行高职教育产教结合外部保障机制和内部合作机制的构建,以促进高职教育产教结合的有效发展。Industry-school partnership is an essential talent cultivating pattern in higher vocational education. Nowadays, there exists such problem as low-level cooperation between colleges and enterprises, because lacking of construction of positive interaction mechanism in the process of cooperation. From the perspectives of the roles played by major participants (government, enterprises and vocational colleges )and the inter-relationship between them. This paper claims that mechanism for implementing industry-school partnership should be configured from two parts of external guarantee and internal cooperation. Then it will efficiently promote the development of industry-school partnership of higher vocational education.
