喉鳞癌中Ezrin和CD44-v6的表达及临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Ezrin、CD44-v6在人喉鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用Western-blot法检测Ezrin和CD44-v6在36例喉鳞癌组织的癌中心区、过渡区(距肿瘤边缘≤1cm)及无癌区(距肿瘤边缘>1cm)中的表达。结果Ezrin和CD44-v6在喉鳞癌组织的无癌区、过渡区及癌中心区中的表达水平递增;二者的表达与喉鳞癌的T、N分期和病理分级有关;Ezrin和CD44-v6二者之间密切相关。结论过度表达的Ezrin和CD44-v6在喉鳞癌的生长及转移中起重要作用;Ezrin可作为判断喉鳞癌预后的标志物。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ezrin and CD44-v6 in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC）. Methods The expression of Ezrin and CD44-v6 was detected by Westernblot on tumor core region （TC）, tumor transition region （TR） and tumor free region （TF） of 36 specimens of fresh LSCA2. Results The expression of Ezrin and CD44-v6 on TF, TR and TC of LSCC appeared progressive overexpression; the expression of Ezrin and CD44-v6 was closely related with lymph node metastasis, tumor grading and tumor differentiation of LSCC; there was significant correlation between Ezrin and CD44-v6. Conclusion The overexpression of Ezrin and CD44-V6 may play an important role in growth and metastasis of LSCC. Ezrin protein would be a new target marker to evaluate the tumor prognosis.
