摘  要:目的:研究颐脑解郁方对抑郁状态模型大鼠行为学及脑内5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素表达的影响。方法:采用孤养法及慢性应激造成抑郁大鼠模型,灌胃给药,予行为学及免疫组化测试。结果:颐脑解郁方能够明显改善模型大鼠的行为学障碍,表现为蔗糖水的饮用量明显增加,旷野试验中大鼠水平得分及垂直得分均增加,水迷宫试验中游出时间明显缩短,错入盲端次数减少。颐脑解郁方能够明显增强模型大鼠脑皮层及海马内的5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素的表达。结论:颐脑解郁方通过增强模型大鼠脑内5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素表达,改善抑郁症状。Objective:To study the effcts of Yi'nao Jieyu decoction on the behavior and the expression of 5 -HT, NE in the animal model of Depression. Methods : In this study, the rat model of depression was established by separately raised and put into chronic unpredictable mild stress. Measured the behavior of rats soon after the establishment of model. The model was treated by Yi'nao Jieyu decoction,then the brain was tested by the method of the immunity histochmistry. Results:Yi'nao Jieyu decoction can improve the depression of model rats. Compared to control group, model rats drunk remarkably more sucrose solution. In open - field test, compared to control group, the crossing times and rearing times of model rats increased significantly. In water maze test, model rats need less time to reach end - point and had less errors than control group. The result has significant difference (P 〈0.05 or 0. 01 ). Yi'nao Jieyu decoction can obviously increase the density of 5 - HT and NE positive neurons in the cortex and hippocampus of model rat. Conclusion : Yi'nao Jieyu decoction can positively decrease the depression of the model rat by accommoding the expression of 5 - HT and NE.
