消癥颗粒对于雌激素负荷豚鼠子宫肌瘤的干预及血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察消癥颗粒对于豚鼠子宫肌瘤生长的抑制作用及其血清雌、孕激素水平的影响。方法:采用小剂量雌激素皮下注射法成功建立豚鼠子宫肌瘤模型,观察比较各组豚鼠子宫大体解剖形态学和光镜下病理形态改变,并检测血清雌、孕激素水平。结果:所有模型组豚鼠均出现较明显的子宫平滑肌瘤样改变,其子宫重量、子宫系数、子宫横径、子宫肌壁厚度以及血清雌、孕激素水平均明显大于正常豚鼠;而消癥颗粒各剂量组对上述指标均有不同程度的改善作用,其中以高剂量组最为明显。结论:消癥颗粒对于子宫肌瘤的生长具有一定的抑制作用,同时降低血清雌、孕激素水平可能是其防治子宫肌瘤的主要作用机理之一。Objective：To observe the inhibition of Xiaozheng Granule on uterine leiomyoma growhth as well as the effect of guinea pigs serum estrogen level and progesterone level, Methods ： We used small dose of estrogen by subcutaneous injection to establish guinea pig model with uterine leiomyoma, then compared gross anatomic characterastic and pathologlcal form in each group. Meanwhile, serum estrogen and progesterone level were detected. Results ： Uterines of guinea pigs in model group all appeared to Tumor -like Lesions obviously. The uterine weight, uterine coefficient, uterine transverse diameter,uterine wall thickness ,serum estrogen level and Progesterone level were significantly higher than those of the normal control group. However, experimental markers related above all showed improvement to different levels in three dose groups of Xiaozheng Granule,the high dose group is the most obvious. Conclusion：Xiaozheng Granule has definite inhibition function on the growth of uterine leiomyoma. Decreasing the estrogen level and the progestogen level in serum at the same time may be one of its possible mechanisms.
