辽宁地区普通级和SPF级Wistar大鼠血液生理指标检测

摘　　要：目的：建立本省、本地区实验动物生理指标数据背景资料，为科学研究和新药安全性评价提供准确、可靠、科学的参考依据。方法：普通级、SPF级Wistar大白鼠（6—8周龄）各60只，雌雄各半，腹主动脉采血，用血球计数仪及配套试剂盒检测血液生理指标。结果：普通级Wistar大白鼠的HCT、LYM、GRA％、MCV、LYM、MCHV、PDW雌雄之间差异显著（P〈0，05或P〈0．01）；SPF级Wistar大白鼠的WBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、McHV、LYM、MON、RDW、LYM％、MON％、GRA％、PDW、MPV雌雄之间差异显著（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；普通级与SPF级Wistar大白鼠的WBC、MCV、MCH、MCHV、PLT、LYM％、MON、GRA、PDW、MPV、RDW、RBC、PCT、MON％差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论：本研究的结果证实普通级Wistar大白鼠与SPF级Wistar大白鼠的血液生理指标差异显著，多数生理指标雌雄之间存在显著差异，为应用提供了有价值的参数。Objective ：To establish the experimental animals background data of the physiological indices in province and area, and provide the accurate, reliable, scientific basis for the new medicine non- clinical security evaluation, and provide reference for scientific research and teaching researchers of LiaoNing area. Methods ： Sixty Wistar rats （6 ～ 8 weeks age） of ordinary level or SPF level, which female and male is half and half , were picked the blood from the abdominal aorta,examined the blood physiological indices with the blood cell calculating instrument and the self- contained reagent box. Results ：There were significant differences in HCT, LYM, GRA%, MVC, LYM, MCHV, PDW of the ordinary level Wistar rats between female and male（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The WBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHV, LYM, MON, RDW,LYM% ,MON% ,GRA% ,PDW,MPV of the SPF level Wistar rats were observably different between female and male（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Comparing the ordinary lever with the SPF level , the WBC, MCV, MCH, MCHV, PLT, LYM%, MON, GRA, PDW, MPV, RDW, RBC, PCT, MON% had prominent differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The result of the research approve that the blood physiological indices of ordinary level and SPF level Wistar rats are remarkably different, no replacing each other. It can provide a certain reference for local ordinary level and SPF level Wistar rats yet.
