活血解毒益气法对家兔PTA术后CRP ICAM-1及MCP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究活血解毒益气法组方对兔PTA术后CRP、ICAM-1及MCP-1的影响。方法:运用球囊原位扩张、拉伤致兔颈总动脉PTA术后内皮损伤模型,术前3天予活血解毒益气法组方大、小剂量组和普拉固灌胃给药,造模成功后继续给药15天,采集标本;采用双抗夹心ELISA法观察其对CRP、ICAM-1及MCP-1的影响。结果:活血解毒益气法组方大、小剂量组和普拉固均能显著降低CRP水平、ICAM-1和MCP-1的表达,与模型组比较,P<0.01。各用药组之间相比无明显差异。结论:活血解毒益气法组方可能通过降低CRP水平、ICAM-1和MCP-1表达的机制,抑制炎症反应,进而调节因PTA导致的血管内皮功能失调,干预PTCA术后再狭窄。Objective： To research Huoxue Jiedu Yiqi Decoction＇ s effect on CRP,ICAM - 1 and MCP - 1 of model rabbit after PTA. Methods ： Used the method of balloon expanding to build the model of vessel＇ s endothelium injured after PTA. Three days before creating model, start intragastric adminlstration（Huoxue Jiedu Yiqi Decoction big dose and small dose group, pravastatin group） . After creating models, every drug treating group continued intragastric administration 15 days, and then collect blood, use the mothod of ELISA to detect the level of CRP, ICAM - 1 and MCP - 1 in serum. Results ：comparing with model group ,the Huoxue Jiedu Yiqi Decoction big dose group, small dose group and pravastatin group could decrease the level of CRP, ICAM - 1 and MCP - 1 significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Huoxue Jiedu Yiql Decoction may inhibit inflammation by decrease the level of CRP,ICAM - 1 and MCP - 1, so that adjust the disorder of vasas endothelial fuction and interfere in vasas restenosis, after PTCA.
