络病辨证溃疡性结肠炎的理论探微

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是病因不明的一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症,其病情严重、反复发作、病程较长、甚至伴有肠外病变,被世界卫生组织列为现代难治病之一。从溃疡性结肠炎的中医及现代医学的发病机制角度,阐述了络病辩证溃疡性结肠炎的理论基础,提示可以按照络病的治疗方法探索溃疡性结肠炎的新的治疗方法和药物。Ulcerative colitis is a kind of chronicity non - specificity and agnogenic intestinal tract inflammation, which is seen severe pathogenetic condition, lengthy course of disease and recurrent attacks, sometime followed pathological changes of out - intestines. It had been regarded as one of contemporary refractory disease. The article explained theory of diagnosis ulcerative colitis by the mechanism of collateral disease according to pathogenesy of ulcerative colitis on TCM and modern medicine, hinted us to explore new approach and drug treated ulcerative colitis.
