摘 要:目的:应用图像分析技术探求补肾为主中药对兔胫骨应力性损伤的作用机理。方法:应用图像分析技术观察服用补肾为主中药及对照实验动物模型家兔共35只的胫骨切片(HE染色),对骨皮质吸收腔面积进行定量分析,以反映中药对胫骨应力性损伤作用机理。结果:训练组的骨皮质吸收腔面积比对照组增大,且随着训练时间的延长,骨皮质吸收腔面积逐渐增大,但服药后面积又比训练各组减少。结论:补肾为主中药明显刺激新骨形成,减少骨吸收腔面积,保护了受损的胫骨。Objective:Image analysis technology was applied to inspect the treatment effects of Chinese herb medicine on tibial stress injury. Methods:35 mature male rabbits, some of which exercise from one to four weeks, the others intake Chinese herb medicine, were used in the experiment. Using image analysis technology, the authors measured Howship's lacunal surface area. Results:Howship's lacunal surface area, of which purely exercise group remarkably increased as compared with sedentary control group, gradually rose, going along with exercise period increase. However it decreased in Chinese herb medicine intake group. Conclusion:Chinese herb medicine of Henifiting kidney could prevent and treat exercise -induced tibial stress injury with stimulating new bone formation and decreasing Howship's lacunal surface area.
