摘　　要：用运动生物力学的观点和方法,探讨了跳远起跳动作的机理。在教学过程中,根据起跳动作技术发力的形式和特点,结合有关理论,指导学生进行训练。Using the viewpoints and methods of sport biomechanics, this article discussed the mechanism of take - off movement in long jump. In the teaching process, according to the strengthening form and characteristic of long - jump techniques ,combined with related theories, this article guided students to carry on the training.
