摘　　要：汽车的发展面临着能源危机、环境污染等严峻的问题与挑战,发展绿色环保汽车是解决这些问题的最佳选择。通过分析和探讨发展绿色环保汽车的技术途径,对国家在政策支持、法规制定方面以及企业在设计、生产和营销方面推动绿色环保汽车发展的举措提出建议,对于实现既发展汽车工业又保护环境的双赢具有重要意义。The development of car is in face of energy crisis, environment pollution and other serious problems and challenges. Developing green environmental protection car is the best choice to solve these problems. By analyzing and discussing the technical ways of developing green environmental protection car, the paper puts forward some advice about the measures of promoting the development of green environmental protection car which are from the country in polity support and establishment of rule and law, as well as enterprises in design, production and marketing. It is of great significance to the realization of the double win to develop the automobile industry and protect the environment.
