摘　　要：采用文献资料法,从人性系统的角度分析了休闲体育的人性根据和意义,以及人性通过休闲体育能达的境界,认为休闲体育是人性系统内在生命与身心的和谐、社会关系及心理精神的和谐、人与外部自然及社会的和谐,以及这种和谐不断提升的趋势、状态和境界;并进一步阐释了休闲体育和谐发展理念及其原则等。This article analyses the basis and significance of leisure sports from the perspective of humanity system and the stage humanity can reach through leisure sports. It is concluded that leisure sports is the trend, condition and stage of the harmony between the internal life of humanity system and the body and the mind, between social relationship and psychology, and between human beings and external nature and society as well as this ever -heightening harmony. Meanwhile, the idea and principle for the harmonious development of leisure sports is expounded.
