摘　　要：保证实现教育功效是教育硕士专业学位教学合格评估的目标选择。通过评估规范教育活动,提高试办院校培养质量,转变政府职能,统一社会公众认识,引导教育硕士的行为选择,为教育硕士教育转入正式举办后保证质量建立了长效机制。To guarantee the efficiency of education is the objective choice for implementing the teaching quality assessment of M.Ed. program. Through assessing and regulating educational activities, enhancing the training quality of those pilot universities for offering M.Ed. Program, transforming the role of government, universalizing the public views, and guiding behavioral options of M.Ed. candidates, can help set up the long-term mechanism for offering qualified M.Ed. programs.
