摘　　要：实验室建设和管理水平是提高教学质量和提升学术水平的重要基础,文章分析了高校实验室建设和管理中存在的问题,提出实验室建设和管理要大力贯彻和实践系统而全面的实验室建设理念,资源共享、高效开放的、以人为本、生态和谐的现代管理理念。Laboratobry construction and managing is the key toraising it teaching quality and academic level.. Problems about the university lab construction and managing were discusseds, and modern managing ideas were proposed ,including thought of systymatic and comprehensive construction claims, opening-lab managing idea, idea of making the best use of laboratory equipments and other materials, ecological and harmonious development idea , and that of people-oriented.
