摘　　要：介绍了海藻糖合酶性质、固定化及细胞透性化技术。通过几个海藻糖合酶固定化及透性化技术的实例,探讨适合海藻糖工业化生产的方法,展望海藻糖合酶固定化及透性化技术的研究趋势。The properties and the immobilization/cells permeabilization techniques of trehalose synthase were introduced in this paper, Through the analysis of several examples of trehalose synthase by immobilized enzyme and its synthesis in permeabilized cells, the feasible methods of industrialized trehalose production were discussed. Besides, the research progress in mmobilization and cells permeabilization of trehalose synthase in the future was expected.
