摘  要:介绍了一种广泛应用于伺服系统中,用于激励旋转变压器或同步机的交流激磁电源,在该电源电路的设计中采用SPWM脉宽调制技术,并用自然采样法完成了SPWM的采样方法提高了电路的效率,降低了功耗;采用高频变压器升压,保证了高可靠、小体积,实验结果证明该方法实施方便,产品性能可靠、稳定,完全满足武器系统要求。A kind of magnetizing power supply is introduced, which is widely applied in the servo-system, and used in excitation rotary transformer or the exchanger of synchronizer. It adopted the SPWM pulse-width modulation technology in this power circuit design, and completed the SPWM sampling with the natural sampling method to enhance the efficiency of the circuit, to reduce the power loss. By using the high-frequency transformer boosting, it guaranteed high reliable, the small size. The experimental result proved the method is convenient to implement. The product performance is reliable and stable. It completely meets the requirements of armament system.
