摘  要:以氯氧锆、硝酸钇及草酸为原料,用机械力活化固相化学反应法制备纳米级Y-ZrO2。用TG-DSC分析前驱体的热分解温度,通过XRD、TEM等测试手段对产物进行表征。结果表明,所得产物为单一立方晶相钇稳定的Y-ZrO2粉体,平均粒径小于20nm。晶粒生长由表面扩散过程控制,粉体的晶粒长大平均活化能为Q≈32.5kJ/mol,平均动力学指数n≈1.88。机械力活化固相化学反应法制备纳米Y-ZrO2反应条件温和,而且无三废,是一种很有前途的"绿色化学"工艺。The Y-ZrO2 nanoparticles are prepared with ZrOCl2-8H2O, Y(NO3)3·6H20 and H2C2O4·2H2O as raw materials by solid state reaction under mechanical activation, the thermal decomposition of the precursors are analyzed by TG-DSC and the crystal structure and microstructure of the nanometer Y-ZrO2 are presented by XRD and TEM etc. The results show that the products are the single-cubic-phaseY-ZrO2 nanoparticles with the particle size less than 20nm. The grain growth process is controlled by surface diffusion with lower activation energy (32.5kJ/mol) and the factor of grain growth is 1.88. Solid state chemistry reaction has the virtues of simple manufacture, energy-saving, without solvent or waste, which is a kind of new technique of green chemistry without solvent and waste.
