封严涂层喷涂用某材料的原料灰分分析

摘　　要：分析以HPMC为原料的封严涂层喷涂用材料的灰分,比较样品灰分含量的差别以及对喷涂后涂层质量的影响。结果表明,喷涂材料中加入HPMC对喷涂后涂层影响不大,当加入另一种有机物后其有助于火焰喷涂中有机材料的燃烧。The ash of spray coating materials with HPMC is determined, and the difference of ash quantity in materials and its influence to spray coating are compared. The results show that the influence of HPMC addition to the spray coating is little, and when another organic matter is added to the material, it takes advantage of the organic matter burning in thermal spraying.
