摘 要:采用有限元方法(FEA)对某型自动步枪击发机构点射的击发过程进行了研究,数值计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.分析了击发的力学过程,研究了击发过程中的击发能量损失,确定了保证高频点射第2发100%击发的击锤打击速度.当击锤的打击速度小于4.85 m/s时,不能100%击发,这与实验结果吻合.提出了一种采用底火壳变形能来计算击发能量的新方法,此方法简化了步枪击发机构的设计计算.The burst firing process of firing mechanism of a rifle was studied by Finite Element Method (FEA). The numerical results are in good agreement with experiment results. The mechanics process of firing was analyzed. The firing energy loss in firing process was studied. The impact velocity of percussion hammer, which can ensure one hundred percent firing of the second bullet under the conditions of high firing rate burst mode, was determined. While the impact velocity of hammer is less than 4.85 m/ s, 100% firing can't be obtained, which coincides with experiment result. A new method that deformation energy of primer case was used to calculate firing energy was proposed, which simplifies the calculation and designing of firing mechanism of the rifle.
