摘  要:介绍了国外的一种新型的可逆的逆乳化钻井液的组成、基本性能,同时还综述了该钻井液体系的一些优良的性能和在世界部分油田的现场应用情况。此钻井液除了加入一种酰胺基表面活性剂外,其组成与普通的油基钻井液一样,在钻井过程中与普通的油基钻井液性能相当。当加入酸的时候,就会反转成为水润湿的钻井液,这样有利于清洗井眼并尽量降低完井损害。钻井过程中,该钻井液体系能有效的抵抗海水等污染物,完井后水泥浆的胶结强度高,对市售膨润土的分散时间小于20min。有效的解决了油基钻井液提高钻井效率与改善油井产能之间的矛盾。Introduced American Schlumberger develops Reversible Reservoir Drill--in Fluid base composition and base performance, at the same time summarized fine performance and in world partial oil field application situation. The drilling fluid's base composition as like the traditional oil mud except for" contain amide group surfactant, and the drilling performance of the Reversible Reservoir Drill-In Fluid also like traditional oil mud during the drilling procedure performance. When the acid is joined, the drilling fluid will be generated wet ability reversal from oil wet ability to water wet ability, it is profit to clean well bore and large scale decline completion damage. During the drilling procedure, the drilling fluid system could resist contaminate come from sea water, and enhance cement bonding ability after completion, and disperse the commercial bentonitic clay in 20min. The technology effectively resolves the contradictory of tra- ditional oil mud between develop high performance drilling and improve oil well deliverability.
