蛋白质超二级结构的分类及LOOP序列的统计分析

摘　　要：本文对6819个相似性小于40%的7个结构类的蛋白质序列进行分析、整理,给出五类超二级结构序列模式α-α、α-β、β-α、β-β hairpin和β-β link共61824个;并根据Loop的长度进一步分类,建立了相应的蛋白质超二级结构数据库,最后对五类超二级结构中loop序列的氨基酸使用进行了统计分析,并与相关工作做了比较.After analyzing a total of 6819 protein sequences which share sequence identity 〈40% and contain seven domain, a set of 61824 supersecondary structures which contain five types supersecondary structure patterns α - α, α -β, 13 - α,β -β hairpin, β-βlink was presented. The supersecondary structure sequences were further classified according to the length of loops and a corresponding protein supersecondary structure database was set up. At last,the statislical analysis to the amino acid from loop sequence of five type supersecondary structure had been carried out and was compared with the correlatio.n results.
