成人高等医学教育质量滑坡的原因与对策探析

摘　　要：成人高等医学教育质鼍下滑的主要原因：思想认识错位，质量意识淡漠；社会需求盲目，用人观念僵化；教育资源不足，教学改革滞后；教学管理失范，目标要求不明．更新教育观念，提高质量意识；强化管理队伍，提高教师素质；坚持以人为本，深化教学改革；改革考核方式，加强考核监管；这是提高成人高等医学教育质量的基本对策．The main reasons of the quality decline of the adult higher medical education are as follows： ideological misunderstanding, nonchalance on quality, blind social needs, rigid personal concept, inadequate education resources, the lag of education reform, lack of standards in management and unclear demands ＆ objects. The important means to improve the quality of the adult higher medical education is to renew the education concept, improve the quality sense, improve teachers＇quality, deepen the reform and persist in ＂ giving fundamental consideration to the people＇s interests＂ , reform the way in assessment and intensified assessment supervision.
