摘　　要：目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)和环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP方法检测80例非小细胞肺癌组织中MMP-2,COX-2的表达。结果:MMP-2及COX-2的阳性率分别为31.25%、41.25%。MMP-2及COX-2蛋白表达与临床病理因素无相关性。MMP-2和COX-2的阳性表达之间无相关性。结论:MMP-2及COX-2参与非小细胞肺癌的发生,但可能不能作为重要的预后指标。Objective ：To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 （MMP- 2） and cyclooxygenase -2 （COX- 2 ） in non -small cell lung cancers （NSCLCs） and their relationship to clinicopathological factors. Methods： Eighty cases of NSCLCs were studied for expression of MMP -2 and COX -2 by immunohistochemlcal technique SP method. Results： The positves rates of MMP2 and COX -2 were 31.25% and 41.25% respectively. MMP2 and COX -2 expression was not statistically associated with any clinicopathological parameters such as age, sex, tumor stage, nodal status, tumor type or clinical stage. No relation was found between MMP2 and COX -2 expression. Conclusion： Our results suggest that MMP2 and COX- 2 play roles in lung tumorigenesis whereas they may not have significant importance in the prognostic evaluation of NSCLCs.
