摘　　要：恶性胸水是癌症晚期的常见症状。大量的胸腔积液造成病人严重胸闷、呼吸困难等症状,影响病人的生存质量。本文对目前已有的治疗方法及近年的治疗新方法进行综述。Malignant pleural effusion （MPEs） is a common and debilitating complication of advanced malignant diseases. It is likely to cause significant symptoms such as dyspnea and cough. Evacuation of the pleural fluid and prevention recurrence are the main goals of management. Optimal treatment is controversial and there is no universally standard approach. This article reviews the current, as well as, novel approaches that show some promise for the future.
