摘 要:目的探讨菁萃荟负离子养生瓮对老龄小鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法老龄动物模型法,采用10分钟、15分钟、20分钟对老龄小鼠在菁萃荟负离子养生瓮中进行桑拿蒸汽保健治疗,于末次治疗后,分别测定血中丙二醛(MDA)的含量和肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力。结果与空白老龄对照组比较,菁萃荟负离子养生瓮10分钟、15分钟、20分钟剂量组能显著提高肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px活力,降低血中过氧化脂质MDA含量。结论菁萃荟负离子养生瓮具有抗氧化功能。Objective To study the influence of JingCuihui negative ion life-cultivation urn on the antioxidation in aging mice.Method The aging mice were put into the JingCuihui negative ion life-cultivation urn for steaming health care treatment, respectively for 10,15 and 20 minutes. After the last treatment, determine respectively, the content of the MDA in the blood, SOD in the hepatic tissue, and the vital of the GSH-Px. Result Compared with the control group ,the three dosages groups of the JingCuihui negative ion life-cultivation urn showed significantly increased activity of the SOD and GSH-Px in the hepatic tissue, and lowering of the MDA content in the blood. Conclusion JingCuihui negative ion life-cultivation urn is effective in antioxidation.
