单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯治疗帕金森病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯(GM1)对帕金森病(PD)的疗效。方法62帕金森患者按住院顺序分为试验组和对照组各31例。2组均予美多巴等基础治疗,试验组加用GM1 100mg静滴,3周一疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)积分及Hoehn-Yahr分级改善情况。结果试验组患者精神、行为、情绪、日常活动及运动功能评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论GM1治疗PD具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of GM1 on Parkinson＇ s disease （PD）. Methods 62 cases of PD were divided into test group and control group, 31 cases of each group. Two groups were treated with Madopa and other base treatments, while test group were treated with GM1 except that. The courses of both groups were 3 weeks. Improvement of score for unified Parkinson＇s disease rating seales（UPDRS） and Hoehn-Yahr grading before and after treatment were compared. Results The cumulative scores of behavior, mind, emotion, daily activity and motor function in patients of test group significantly decreased after treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion GM1 has definite therapeutic effect on the patient of PD.
