摘　　要：本文在介绍中美两国高校师资状况的基础上,比较了两国在教师评聘程序和人才测评标准,阐述了我国应借鉴美国大学教师评聘的一些科学的评聘标准,这样有利于完善我国高校教师评聘制度,有利于我国高校建设一支高素质的教师队伍。Based on introduction of universities＇teachers＇status of China and the United States,this paper compares two countries＇assessment procedure and standard in employing teacher in university. It explains that China should draw lessons from the scientific part of A- merlcan university teachers＇employing assessment standard,which will he helpful to perfect Chinese university teachers＇employing assessment system and to build a high - quality teaching body in China.
