摘　　要：采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法,论述了网球教学过程中讲解与示范的内容、分类及运用要求,并指出二者密切配合才能取得良好的教学效果。The study discussed the application of explanation and demonstration in volleyball teaching, including the contents, classification and the applying requirements, It pointed out that coordination of both would produce more achievements in teaching
