RP-HPLC法同时测定溃疡灵片中儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立溃疡灵片中儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法:采用依利特C18柱(200 mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以0.04 mol.L-1枸橼酸-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-四氢呋喃(45∶8∶2)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm。结果:儿茶素和表儿茶素分别在0.1002～0.9018μg(r=0.9999)和0.06816～0.61344μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.35%和98.47%,RSD%分别为1.15%和1.29%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a determination method for Catechin and Epicatechin in KuiYangLing Tablets. Methods： C18 chromato column （200×4.6 mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase was 0.04 mol·L^-1 citric acid-N, N-dimethylformamide-tetrahydrofu-ran（45：8：2）. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.. Results： The linear ranges for Catechin and Epicatechin were 0.1002-0.9018 μg（r=0.9999） and 0.06816-0.61344 μg（r=0.9999）, respectively. Its average recovery was 99.35% with RSD of 1.15% and 98.47% with RSD of 1.29%, respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of KuiYangLing Tablets.
