加强吉林省高校领导班子建设的几点思考

摘　　要：当前,加强吉林省高校领导班子建设,应着力做好以下几方面工作:一是要坚持用马克思主义中国化的最新成果武装头脑,不断提高吉林省高校领导班子的思想理论水平;二是要完善科学决策机制,不断提高吉林省高校领导班子的领导能力和领导水平;三是要认真贯彻执行民主集中制,切实增强吉林省高校领导班子的团结和合力;四是要不断完善选拔培养机制,切实增强吉林省高校领导班子的自身活力;五是要优化高校领导班子结构,不断增强吉林省高校领导班子的整体功能;六是要完善监督制约机制,切实增强吉林省高校领导班子运行的约束力。At present, the following aspects of work should be done in strengthening the leadership construction in the university of Jilin province： Firstly, we should persist in arming our minds with the newest results of Marxism of China, to improve the thinking theory level of the leadership construction in the university; Secondly, we should perfect the decision-making mechanism, to improve the leading capacity and level; Thirdly ,we should carry out the principles of democratic centralism, to strengthen the unit of the leadership construction in the university; the fourth ,we should improve the cultivation mechanism ,to enhance the vigour of the leadership construction in the university; the fifth ,we should optimize the structure of the leadership construction in the university, to strengthen the whole function of the leadership construction in the university of Jilin province; the sixth ,we should perfect the supervising-restricting mechanism, to strengthen the force of constraint of the leadership construction in the university of Jilin Province.
