摘　　要：专家系统在医学上的研究已有超过50年的历史,在一些领域已取得较大进展。本文从知识获取、表示、推理三方面论述了其研究现状及进展。Expert System for medicine has been researched for more than 50 years and the greater progress in some fields has been achieved. This paper expounds the present situation and progress of knowledge obtaining, representation and inference.
