摘  要:以羟甲基化木质素和壳聚糖为原料制备了木质素壳聚糖复合膜,与壳聚糖膜对比,考察了木质素和壳聚糖的共混比对膜物理性能的影响,研究了膜的抗酸性能及动态过滤螫合Cu(Ⅱ)的性能。结果表明,当共混比(质量比)为1:2时,木质素壳聚糖复合膜外观平整、光滑,厚度均匀,木质素的混入使壳聚糖膜的酸性适用范围下限由pH值4降至pH值3.5;处理500 mL Cu(Ⅱ)溶液,木质素壳聚糖复合膜单位面积膜累积Cu(Ⅱ)螯合量是0.4741 g/m^2,比壳聚糖膜提高52.39%。The lignin-chitosan composite membrane was prepared with hydroxymethylated lignin and chitosan as raw meterials. The effects of mixture ratio of the raw material on the physical properties and the dynamic filtrating-chelating capacity of the lignin-chitosan composite membrane were studied. The results indicated that the thickness of lignin-chitosan composite membrane was uniform and it could be used in the pH condition not lower than from pH value 4 to 3.5. The optimal mixture ratio of hydroxymethylated lignin to chitosan was 1:2 by weight. After treating 500mL Cu ( Ⅱ ) liquor, the dynamic filtrating-chelating capacity per unit area of the lignin-chitosan composite membrane was 0.4741 g Cu( Ⅱ )/m^2, increased by 52.39% comparing with the chitosan membrane.
