摘 要:目的:建立工作场所空气中54种挥发性有机物的GC/MS快速测定方法。方法:采用活性碳管采集车间空气中挥发性有机毒物,用二硫化碳解吸后以DB-VRX为分离柱、气相色谱-质谱仪联用检测分析。结果:所有组分彼此完全分离,能同时予以定性确认和定量分析;54种挥发性有机物空气在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.99;最低检出限远低于职业化学中毒现场剂量水平,目标组分解吸效率在76%~102%。结论:本方法准确度高、操作简便、灵敏快速,适用于工作场所空气中挥发性有机物中毒的快速定性定量测定。Objective:To establish a gas chromatography - mass spectrum method for rapid determination of 54 kinds of VOCs in the air in a workplace by solvent desorption. Methods:Fifty - four VOCs in the air was adsorpted by activated carbon tube sampling and solvent desorption using carbon disulfa, then separated by GC with an DB - VRX capillary column and analyzed by GC/ MS. Results: Fifty - four of VOCs are sepaiated completely from each other and simultaneously identified and quantified. The correlation coefficient of the curves was good and greater than 0.99 between defined concentration range. Detection limit was much lower than poisoning dosage level in the workplace air, with the desorption efficiency of 76% - 102%. Conclusion:The method is accurate, simple, sensitive, rapid and suitable to qualify and quantify mixtures of VOCs in the air at a workplace.
