摘  要:目的:探讨气相色谱同时测定食品中BHA、BHT、TBHQ的方法。方法:采用甲醇萃取样品,提取液定容后用中性氧化铝吸附杂质,最后于气相色谱仪进行分析定量。结果:BHA、BHT、TBHQ在0~80μg/ml浓度范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r分别为0.9995、0.9997、0.9998;BHA的相对标准偏差为2.6%~5.6%,BHT的相对标准偏差为3.1%~6.8%,TBHQ的相对标准偏差为2.2%~6.5%;BHA的加标回收率为94.4%~102.4%,BHT的加标回收率为94.0%~98.5%,TBHQ的加标回收率为92.4%~101.0%;BHA、BHT检测结果与国标方法比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:本方法简便、快捷,适合开展大批量检测工作,而且精密度、准确性均满足检测要求。Objective:To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of BHA, BHT and TBHQ in foods by using gas chromatography. Methods:The BHA, BHT and TBHQ were extracted from samples with methanol, and analyzed by gas chromatography. Results: The linear ranges of determination for BHA, BHT and TBHQ were 0 - 80 μg/ml ( r = 0. 9995 ), 0 - 80 μg/ml ( r = 0. 9997 ), 0 - 80 μg/ml ( r = 0. 9998 ), respectively. The relative standard derivations for BHA, BHT and TBHQ were 2. 6% 5.6% ,3. 1% - 6. 8% , 2. 2%- 6. 5% , respectively. The recoveries of samples for BHA, BHT and TBHQ were 94. 4% 102. 4% ,94. 0% -98. 5% ,92. 4% -101.0%, respectively. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simplicity, repeatability and sessitivity and can be used for simultaneous analysis of BHA, BHT and TBHQ in foods to protect the health of worker.
