摘  要:目的:建立直接测定保健食品汞含量的无损分析方法。方法:采用一种新型冷原子吸收测汞仪,样品经添加辅助剂后直接测定。结果:本法检出限可达0.004 ng,检测范围为0.5~10 ng,加标回收率为98.7%~104.3%,方法精密度为0.5%(n=6)。结论:本法直接进样测定,极其简便、省时,用于多类保健食品中汞含量测定,效果显著优于现行方法。Objective:To set up a novel method for determination of trac mercury in health food by cold atomic absorption speetrometry(AAS). Methods:The total mercury in different samples was determined by straight injention with a new type of cold atom absorption speetrophotometry. Results:The linear range of the assay was 0. 5 - 10 ng with detection limit of 0. 004 ng and the correlative coefficient was 0. 9999. The analytical result was reliable with the recovery of 98.7% - 104. 3% as the standard additive levels of 3.0 ng and the average precision (RSD) of 0.5%. Conclusion: The method is of high sensitivity, stability and selectivity, And the method proposed had been successfully applied to the direct determination of total mercury in health food.
