血乳酸与血尿酸在HELLP综合征中的动态观察研究

摘　　要：目的:通过检测及动态观察血乳酸和血尿酸在HELLP综合征中的含量及变化规律,探讨疾病严重程度的临床价值及动态观察之必要性。方法:对38例HELLP综合征患者血尿酸和乳酸含量进行测定,并动态观察重症患者随病情变化时血尿酸和乳酸含量,观察疾病严重程度与血尿酸和乳酸含量的关系。对照组为50例年龄、孕周相仿的正常孕妇。结果:HELLP综合征组与正常孕妇组血尿酸、乳酸含量比较P<0.01,有非常显著差异。38例中36例血乳酸增高程度与病情恶化程度成正相关;尿酸含量超过297.5μmol/L者共32例。随着病情加重,血乳酸、血尿酸随之增高。结论:动态监测血乳酸和尿酸变化规律对HELLP综合征病情变化和疗效观察及预后估计有非常重要的意义。Objective：The importance of the clinical value and the dynamic observation of the severity of the illness has been discussed by examining and dynamically observing the changing rules of the contents of the blood lactic acid and blood uric acid in HELLP syndrome, Methods ：The contents of the blood lactic acid and blood uric acid of 38 HELLP patients have been examined, and that of the serious ones have also been dynamically observed in the changing state of the illness. Thus, the relationship is obvious between the severity of the illness and the contents of the blood lactic acid and blood uric acid. The control group consists of 50 normal pregnant women of similar age and duration of pregnancy. Resuits：A sharp difference is revealed when the results of the HELLP syndrome group and that of the group of the normal pregnant women are compared, P 〈 0. 01. Among the 38 cases, there is positive relationship between the increasing degree of the blood lactic acid and the severity of the illness in 36 cases ; the content of the uric acid of 32 cases is above 297.5 μmol/L. The more serious the illness is, the higher are the blood lactic acid and blood uric acid. Conclusion： It is of great importance to dynamically observe the changing rules of the blood lactic acid and blood uric acid in the changing state of illness, the curative effect and the evaluation of HELLP syndrome.
