浙江省部分地区河塘鲫鱼中二恶英、多氯联苯污染研究

摘　　要：目的：对浙江省5个地区河塘鲫鱼中的二恶英、多氯联苯污染特征进行研究。方法：鲫鱼肌肉经冷冻干燥后,加入同位素内标,以加速溶剂萃取,再经凝胶色谱、多层硅胶柱和氧化铝柱净化,用高分辨气相色谱高分辨质谱联用同位素内标法测定鲫鱼中的二恶英和多氯联苯残留。结果：5个地区鲫鱼中二恶英的浓度范围为0.580～19.619 pg/g w.w,平均浓度为5.246 pg/g w.w;多氯联苯的浓度范围为149.03～57304.7 pg/g w.w,除路桥外,其它4个地区的多氯联苯平均浓度为1521.6 pg/g w.w;二恶英的毒性当量为0.05～3.75 pg/g w.w,多氯联苯的毒性当量为0.03～35.5 pg/g w.w,总的毒性当量为0.23～39.25 pg/g w.w。结论：根据世界卫生组织的规定,以总毒性当量为基础,对浙江省5个地区的人群由鱼类消费引起的二恶英、多氯联苯暴露量进行评估,除路桥地区高于世界卫生组织的规定外,其它4个地区均低于规定。Objective： To study the pollution status of polychlorinated dibenzo-p- dioxins/furans （PCDD/Fs, also called dioxin） and polychlorinated biphenyls（PCBs） in crucian carp collected from five different areas of Zhejiang Province. Methods： After been freeze drying, crucian carp muscle was added with surrogate isotope standards and then extracted via accelerated solvent extractor（ASE）. Cleanup procedure was performed by following stens：gel permeation chromatograph（ GPC ）, multiple silica chromatograph and alumina chromatograph. Finally, PCCD/Fs and PCBs in crucian carp were analyzed by HRGC - HRMS. Results： PCDD/Fs level in crucian carp ranged from 0. 580 pg/g w. w to 19. 619 pg/g w. w with a mean concentration of 5. 246 pg/g w. w. PCBs level in crucian carp ranged from 149.03 pg/g w. w to 57304 pg/g w. w with a mean concentration of 1521.6 pg/g w. w except that of Luqiao. Corresponding range of sum WHO - TEQ of PCDD/Fs and PCBs in crucian carp were 0. 05 - 3.75 pg/ g w. w and 0.03 - 35.5 pg/g w. w respectively. The total WHO - TEQ of those dioxin like compounds amounted to 0. 03 - 35.5 pg/g w. w. Conclusion：According to WHO evaluation system for human body burden of dioxin and PCBs, on a basis of TEQ, the dioxin/PCBs exposure to human through fish consumption in those areas are with in the safe rang except that of Luqiao.
