摘 要:近年来,电站、仪器仪表生产单位及业内专家对锅炉汽包水位测量问题进行了较集中的研究,取得了显著的成果。内置式电极传感器、内置式平衡容器、高精度电极传感器、低偏差云母水位计和多测孔接管等测量装置的开发和应用解决了汽包水位测量的诸多问题,提高了测量精度。图像处理方法及虚拟仪器的应用提高了锅炉汽包水位测量的准确性和可靠性,且显示直观。软测量方法为锅炉汽包水位测量系统的进一步发展提供了新的思路。In recent years, the subject of measuring drum level of boiler has been intensively researched by experts and professional personnel of instrument manufacturers and power plants, and remarkable achievement has been obtained. Many problems in drum level measurement have been resolved in development and application of various measuring devices, such as interior-type electrode sensor, interior-type condensation chamber, high accuracy electrode sensor, low deviation mica water level meter, and multi-measuring hole piping, etc. In addition, the applica- tions of graphic processing and virtual instrument also enhance the accuracy and reliability of the measurement and offer direct display through the senses. Soft sensing also puts forward new thinking for further development of drum level measuring systems for boilers.
