摘  要:目的:为上颌骨移位术提供解剖学依据。方法:选用21例切割为不同切面的成人头部断面和10例头部正中矢状剖面标本。结果:上颌窦由5个壁构成,内侧壁呈垂直形的骨板;后外侧壁是由前外行向后内侧方向的壁;前壁上壁几乎呈方板状;下壁由牙槽突上缘和后外侧壁的下部组成。后外侧壁外侧分布有一层脂肪组织,厚度为5.6~6.4mm。结论:保留内侧壁或下壁的上颌窦移位术应以牙槽弓为切开的标志;保留下壁及硬腭的手术,应注意对翼腭窝血管、神经的保护。Objective:Anatomy basis of osteoplastic maxillotomy were provided.Methods:Twenty one various cross sectional head specimens and 10 mid sagittal cross sectional head specimens were studied on this paper.Results:The maxillary sinus was composed of five walls:medial wall was a vertical plate;posterolateral wall and superior wall went from anterolateral to posteromedial;anterior wall were almost quadrate plates;inferior wall consisted of alveolar superior ridge and inferior part of posterolateral wall.There was fatty tissue on the lateral of posterolateral wall with a thickness of 5.5~6.4 mm.Conclusions:The alveolar ridge could be a landmarks during the maxillotomy excluded inferior or medial walls.The vessels and nerves in the pterygopalatine fossa should be protected during the maxillotomy preserved inferior wall and hard palate.
