摘 要:结合柴油机燃用二甲醚HCCI燃烧与缸内直喷燃烧各自的优点,提出了气道-气缸喷射复合燃烧方式,在一台改造过的柴油机上进行了试验研究。结果表明,燃烧过程包括二甲醚HCCI燃烧和缸内喷雾的预混及扩散燃烧,但随预混合率的不同呈现不同特征。随着预混合率增加,气缸压力、温度、压力升高率以及NOx排放量均先减后增。增大直喷供油提前角可改善油耗率,降低HC与CO排放量,NOx排放量会升高。与HCCI燃烧比较,采用适当预混合率和直喷供油提前角的复合燃烧,在保持NOx基本不变的条件下能有效地拓宽发动机工况范围,同时降低HC和CO排放量。Combining the advantages of HCCI combustion and in-cylinder direct injection combustion for a diesel engine fuelled with DME, a new concept combustion system, namely compound charge compression ignition (CCCI) combustion by port introduction and direct injection of DME, was proposed, a diesel engine was modified to carry out this test. The results showed that CCCI combustion process comprised HCCI combustion and pre-mixing combustion, diffusion combustion. And different combustion characteristic was presented by it with the variation of premixed fuel ratio. With the increasing of premixed fuel ratio, the peak value of mean temperature, pressure, rise rate of pressure as well as NOx emissions decreased first and increased later. With the increasing of fuel delivery advance angle, CO and HC emissions decreased and NOx emissions increased, the fuel consumption has been improved. Compared with HCCI combustion mode, under a certain premixed fuel ratio and fuel delivery advance angle, CCCI combustion could extend the operating range with a little change of NOx emissions and a reduction in HC and CO emissions.
