摘　　要：实验证明家蚕细胞人 α-干扰素注射液 (IHIFN- α) 1× 10 5,2× 10 5,3× 10 5Iu/kg im对小鼠一般行为和协调运动均无影响 ,对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠亦无协同作用 ,该药 0 .2× 10 5,0 .4×10 5,0 .6× 10 5Iu/kg im对麻醉犬的血压、心率、心电、呼吸频率和幅度亦无影响。It was found that IHIFN α (im 1,2,3×10 5Iu/kg) had no obvious effects on the normal behavious and lowering coordinative motion in mice It also had no coodinative effect on a subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital in mice IHIFN α (im 0 2×10 5,0 4×10 5,0 6×10 5Iu/kg) displayed no significant side effect on blood pressure, heart rate, ECG, or rate and amplitude of respirating in anaesthetic dogs
