摘 要:为探讨海洋蛋白肽(MPP)及其与灵芝多糖(GLP)配伍的防辐射作用及其可能的机制,观察了MPP [1.350g/kg(bw)]、GLP[0.025 g/kg(bw)]以及二者混合物[0.450 g/kg(bw)]MPP+0.025 g/kg(bw)GLP)对^(60) Coγ辐射小鼠30 d存活率和存活时间、外周血白细胞数、骨髓细胞DNA含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、ConA或LPS诱导的淋巴细胞增殖能力以及血清细胞因子分泌水平的影响。结果发现:经口给予小鼠MPP、GLP及二者混合物后,可显著提高辐射小鼠的30 d存活率和存活时间,促进外周血白细胞和DNA损伤的恢复,提高血清抗氧化酶SOD的活性。并提高辐射引起的受抑制的T、B淋巴细胞增殖能力,提示对细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有一定的恢复作用,可能通过减少炎症因子IL-1α和免疫抑制因子IL-10的分泌,以及促进免疫刺激因子IL-2和IFN-γ的分泌而实现。因此,海洋蛋白肽及其与灵芝多糖配伍剂具有对辐射危害有辅助保护功能的作用。To explore the radioprotective effect and the possible mechanism of Marine Protein Peptide (MPP) combined with or without Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides (GLP) . Female ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, i.e. vehicle control, irradiation control, MPP(1. 350g/kgBW), GLP(0. 025 g/ kgBW) and (0.450 g/kgBW MPP+0. 025 g/kgBW GLP) group, with 10 animals in each group. Except for the vehicle control, mice of other four groups were fed with different diets, and received a single dose of whole body ^60Coγ-rays. After irradiation, we measured the survival rate and days for 30 days, white blood cell counts, the content of DNA in bone marrow cell, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), ConA or LPS induced proliferation of lymphocytes and the level of the secretion of cytokines in serum. MPP combined with or without GLP could significantly increase the survival rate and days for 30 days after irradiation, promote the recovery of white blood cell counts and DNA damage, elevate the activity of antioxidase SOD in serum. Moreover, they could also enhance the radiation-induced suppression of T or B lymphocytes proliferation, resulting in the recovery of cell-mediated and humoral immune functions, by reducing the secretion of inflammatory factor IL-1α and immunosupression factor IL-10 and prompting the secretion of immunostimulation factor IL-2 and IFN-γ. In summary MPP combined with or without GLP possess the supplementary protective effect on radiation damage.
