论朱熹与田愚的宗法思想

摘  要:宗法思想是朱熹《家礼》与田愚《艮斋礼说》的核心,而嫡长子继承制又是宗法思想的核心。朱熹《家礼》中的礼仪形式,也正是为贯彻和执行宗法制度服务的。每一个家庭和家族都应该按《家礼》的标准来执行,做到长幼有序,贵贱有等,各守名分,进而统驭整个国家的社会秩序,使其全部纳入"天理"的轨道。田愚同朱子一样,不仅注重宗法制度,而且还有所发挥,"发前未发为多",即是在《家礼》的基础上有所充实和发展。Family law is the core of Zhu Xi's Family Ritual Study and Tian Yu's Genzhai's Ritual Study, and eldest son inheriting system is the core of family law. The ritual system in Zhu Xi's Family Ritual Study serves to carrying out family law. Each family should observe the standards in Family Ritual Study, achieve the precedence maintained between seniors and juniors, defend the status respectively, and then control the social order of the entire nation, integrating it into "natural justice". With the same opinion of Zhu, Tian Yu not only focuses on the patriarchal system, but also develops it and his ideas in Genzhai's Ritual Study are developed based on Family Ritual Study.
